Client Consultation & Assessment:Conduct thorough consultations to understand client history, concerns, pain points, and goals.Customized Treatment Plans:Design and deliver tailored massage treatments using a range of modalities (e.g., Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, Myofascial Release) that address specific client needs.Exceptional Client Experience:Ensure every client receives a relaxing and professional experience, maintaining a calm, hygienic, and welcoming environment.Documentation & Compliance:Maintain accurate and confidential client records (SOAP notes) in compliance with HIPAA and state licensing regulations.Wellness Collaboration:Collaborate with our in-house physiotherapists, nutritionists, and yoga instructors to offer integrated wellness solutions.Client Education:Educate clients on post-treatment self-care, including stretches and ergonomic tips, to extend the benefits of therapy.What We Are Looking For (Requirements)Certification/Licensing:
A valid and current State Massage Therapist License in [Your State, e.g., Maharashtra].Education:Graduation from an accredited massage therapy program with minimum of [e.g., 500-750] hours of training.Experience:
Minimum of [e.g., 2-3] years of professional massage therapy experience, preferably in a spa, clinic, or high-end wellness center environment.Specialization:Proven expertise in multiple advanced modalities is highly valued (e.g., Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, Thai Massage).Skills
