As the National Sales Manager for Pro Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., a trusted marketing partner for Themis Pharma's Generic Range, you will be leading the Pharma Gx Retail/OTC vertical with a focus on driving business growth across India. With a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Generic Retail/OTC industry, you will play a key role in managing sales and marketing operations, collaborating with regional teams, and developing innovative strategies to expand market presence. Your responsibilities will include overseeing sales operations in the domestic market, working closely with regional sales teams to enhance performance, contributing to business expansion through creative marketing approaches, and ensuring effective execution of sales plans. Regular business review meetings, maintaining strong internal relationships, handling customer queries efficiently, and providing timely reports to the Commercial Director will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you must possess strong leadership, communication, and team management skills, along with a track record of achieving sales targets and fostering market growth.
