Job Description

As a dynamic Sales Manager - Gifting at Yogabar, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving the gifting segment of the company. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing a strategic sales plan, identifying and onboarding potential clients, building strong client relationships, conducting market analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, achieving sales targets, planning seasonal campaigns, and handling pricing and negotiations effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow Yogabar's gifting business, focusing on corporate, institutional, and festive gifting opportunities. - Identify and onboard potential clients such as corporates, HORECA, event planners, and bulk buyers to drive bulk gifting sales. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and corporate clients to ensure repeat business. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities in the FMCG gifting space. - Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of gifting campaigns and customized packaging solutions. - Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue through new business acquisition and existing client retention. - Plan and execute gifting campaigns for key festive seasons, corporate events, and bulk orders. - Develop pricing strategies, handle negotiations, and finalize deals that align with company objectives. Key Requirements: - 2-3 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in corporate gifting, institutional sales, or bulk sales. - Strong understanding of the gifting market, corporate sales cycles, and B2B sales processes. - Proven track record of building and managing corporate client relationships. - Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on gifting opportunities. - Strong ability to negotiate and close high-value deals. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets within deadlines.
