Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the Elevator, Escalator, and Car Parking Systems segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions that align with technical specifications and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by maintaining competitiveness and driving innovation in the sales approach.
  • Identify and tap into new business opportunities, market segments, and customer potential.
  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and decision-makers.
  • Understand technical drawings and specifications to propose suitable elevator/escalator solutions.
  • Collaborate with design, project, and installation teams to ensure seamless order execution.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity; provide insights and recommendations.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor the sales team across different regions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 815 years of sales experience, with a strong background in elevator, escalator, or car parking systems.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and understanding project requirements.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel pan-India as required.
