To strategize, lead, and drive the nationwide used car loan business by developing strong sales
channels, improving portfolio quality, ensuring compliance, and achieving targeted business volumes through a high-performing team.
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve disbursement and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and segments to expand the used car loan portfolio.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine business strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and manage zonal/regional sales teams across India.
- Set clear performance targets for regional teams and review progress periodically.
- Build a strong performance-driven sales culture through training, motivation, and leadership.
- Identify and onboard key channel partners including used car dealers, DSAs, and third-party
agents.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize business potential.
- Conduct periodic partner evaluations to ensure productivity and compliance.
- Ensure healthy portfolio quality by monitoring delinquency and credit hygiene.
- Collaborate with credit and risk teams to maintain high-quality sourcing.
- Take corrective measures to address portfolio issues.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory
requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.
- Drive process improvement initiatives across regions.
- Present regular business performance reports to senior management.
- Track key metrics such as disbursements, TAT, channel productivity, and portfolio health.
- Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.

- Deep understanding of the used car loan ecosystem.
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Strong networking and communication skill
- Graduation required; MBA preferred.
- 1015+ years of experience in vehicle finance, preferably used car loans.
- Proven track record in managing nationwide or multi-region sales team.
