Job Title: National Head – HORECA Location: Kundli Sonipat Haryana. Experience Required: 15–20 Years Salary: 1,50,000 TO 2,00,000 PM Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic National Head – HORECA to lead our foodservice (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) division across the country. This role is ideal for a visionary leader with deep industry insight, exceptional commercial skills, and a proven track record of building high-performance teams and driving growth in the HORECA sector. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute national HORECA strategy to expand market share and revenue. Lead regional and national sales teams to achieve aggressive business targets. Forge and manage relationships with key HORECA clients (hotels, restaurant chains, catering services, etc.). Oversee budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and resource planning for the HORECA vertical. Analyze market dynamics and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Ensure strong collaboration between sales, marketing, supply chain, and product teams. Qualifications: Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
