Lead and manage
Pan India operations
for the
Flooring Division (Decorative Segment)
Develop and implement product strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share
Manage
new product development
, pricing strategy, and positioning
Coordinate closely with
production, marketing, and sales teams
to ensure business goals are achieved
Identify and onboard potential channel partners, distributors, and institutional clients
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and product performance
Drive marketing campaigns, promotions, and launches for the flooring segment
Ensure continuous improvement in product quality, innovation, and cost competitiveness
Lead, train, and mentor regional teams to ensure smooth nationwide operations

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Management, Architecture, or Engineering (preferred)
Strong leadership and team management experience
Deep understanding of
decorative building materials or flooring segment
Proven record in
product management, strategy, and national-level operations
