Job Description

As the National Channel Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, you will be responsible for driving revenue generation in class D small key accounts directly. You will partner with the Commercial Organization to drive distribution, which contributes 80% of India's business. Your role will involve maximizing revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services through a base of channel partners in specific assigned India markets. You will be a part of the commercial team and report to the National Sales Head, SWA Region. Your responsibilities will include devising channel strategies and deployment for Beckman Coulter, SWA. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive revenue generation by promoting the product range and implementing sales strategies. Define and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets in small accounts (class D) across India with the help of 2 team members. Manage forecasts for class D accounts and ensure DSO adherence with appropriate collection strategy deployment. - Deploy channel management strategies by defining distribution goals and plans to manage distribution operations to achieve business objectives. Consolidate channel partners/appoint the right channel partners to drive growth in priority segments. Identify the right CPs with required infrastructure to support sales and service initiatives. Manage revenue collections and DSO according to company terms and conditions. - Develop skill sets among channel partners by conducting necessary trainings for CP team members. Provide the right tools and knowledge to support product portfolios. Monitor CP performances and provide feedback for improvements. Evaluate fitment and drive necessary actions for compliance with company policies and procedures through regular audits and feedback from internal associates and clients. **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of minimum experience in Channel Management with a track record of delivering on revenue targets independently. - Prior B2B distribution experience is required along with commercial competence and skills. - Ability to create and enforce process discipline, deliver results, and drive change.
