Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Apprenticeship Program Executive to manage and coordinate apprenticeship programs under NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) and NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme). The role involves end-to-end handling of apprentice hiring, onboarding, and statutory compliance in alignment with government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate with internal teams and training partners to identify apprenticeship requirements.
• Source, screen, and recruit apprentices in line with NAPS/NATS guidelines.

🔹 Compliance & Documentation

• Register establishments and apprentices on official portals (NAPS/NATS/MHRD/BOAT).
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely uploads on apprenticeship portals.
• Track contract durations, extensions, and completion certificates.
• Handle monthly stipend claims and ensure timely reimbursements through the scheme.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and apprenticeship act requirements.

Requirements:

Education

Experience

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation handling.

Preferred:

Prior experience working with BOAT/NSDC/NSQF partners or TPAs.
