Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management system (PMS), employee relations, grievance handling & redressal. Oversee HR generalist activities such as payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance with labor laws and regulations.
