As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring client portfolios across insurance and mutual fund products to ensure optimal performance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling client queries and resolving complaints related to app usage, fund performance, and service issues. - Empaneling with new Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and insurance providers to expand product offerings. - Sourcing new business opportunities through existing client relationships as well as new client acquisitions. - Managing and initiating insurance claims, including travel, health, and other categories, ensuring smooth settlement. - Preparing, analyzing, and presenting client portfolio reports in Excel to provide performance reviews and recommendations. In addition to the above responsibilities, the key skills required for this role include acquisitions, asset management, business opportunities, client portfolio management, AMCs, insurance, asset management companies, mutual funds, and insurance claims.,
