Job Description

As a Mutual Fund Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in handling mutual fund operations and providing top-notch client services. Your responsibilities will include: - Operating mutual fund panels and processing various applications (SIP, STP, SWP, Switch, Purchase, Redemption, NCT) through platforms such as NSE, BSE, MINT, CAMS, KFintech, and MFU. - Assisting clients with investment planning, updating KYC details, and managing their portfolios effectively. - Scanning, uploading forms, and addressing client queries via calls, emails, or in-person interactions. - Managing bulk transactions and ensuring timely completion before cut-off times. - Delivering excellent client service, maintaining strong communication for SIP schemes, and offering guidance on portfolio management. - Analyzing fund histories to provide valuable investment insights and recommendations. - Staying updated on capital market concepts, procedures, and regulatory frameworks. - Maintaining accurate records using MS Office tools, especially Excel. - Acquiring new client relationships and retaining existing clients by upholding high service standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in mutual fund processing and client service (preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. - Ability to handle queries through multiple channels like email, phone, and in-person interactions. - Good understanding of capital markets and regulatory compliance.
