From resolving queriesand demonstrating the platform to driving investment conversions, you’ll ensureevery client feels informed, confident, and supported throughout theirinvestment experience.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product walkthroughs and provide 1 to 1 guidance on our mutual
• Drive client onboarding by providing platform access and handholding
• Follow up with interested leads, nurture investment intent, and close
• Resolve service issues and coordinate with internal teams for smooth
• Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and investment
• Cross-sell or upsell relevant financial products as per client suitability.
• Achieve monthly targets for investments, conversions, and client retention.
• Proficient in English, Hindi, and Bengali (spoken & written).
• Ability to explain mutual fund concepts in simple, relatable terms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
