Music Producer

About the RoleWe are seeking a talented, creative, and technically skilled Music Producer to join our team/label/studio. As a Music Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire music production process from pre-production to final master, shaping raw ideas into polished, commercially viable tracks across genres such as [list relevant genres, e.g., Hip-Hop, Pop, EDM, R&B, Indie, Bollywood, etc.]. You will collaborate closely with artists, songwriters, engineers, and other creatives to bring their vision to life while adding your unique sonic signature. Key ResponsibilitiesGuide artists through the creative process: arrangement, song structure, instrumentation, and performance coaching Create, record, edit, and mix tracks using industry-standard DAWs (Ableton Live, Logic Pro X, FL Studio, Pro Tools, etc.) Program drums, synthesize sounds, and play/live-record instruments as needed Select and direct session musicians and vocalists when required Sound design, sampling, and manipulation of audio to achieve desired aesthetic Mix tracks (or collaborate closely with mixing engineers) to achieve professional sonic quality Prepare stems and final masters for release and distribution Stay current with music trends, new plugins, hardware, and production techniques Manage project timelines, budgets, and studio sessions efficiently Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, and industry professionals
