With multiple award-winning projects behind us and 4 upcoming feature-length films along with a strong slate of shorts and digital originals , we are steadily building towards a full-fledged studio ecosystem. Role: Music Producer We are seeking a passionate and skilled Music Producer who can bring cinematic worlds to life through music and sound. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Gurgaon (Sector 70) . Preference will be given to candidates from Delhi NCR. Key Responsibilities Background Scores: Create original background scores for feature films, short films, micro dramas, and other studio content. Music Composition: Compose themes, leitmotifs, and soundscapes tailored to the emotional tone of each project. Sound Design: Develop and integrate foley, ambient layers, and sound effects to enhance cinematic storytelling. Collaboration: Work closely with directors, editors, and writers to align the musical narrative with the visual storytelling. Post-Production Integration: Oversee mixing and mastering to ensure broadcast and theatrical quality. Innovation: Experiment with new genres, tools, and production techniques to bring fresh sounds to our films. Future Leadership: As Studio Shunya scales, take charge of building and managing a team of composers, sound engineers, and technicians. Requirements Proven background in producing background scores for feature films or short films (portfolio required). Strong knowledge of DAWs (Logic Pro, Cubase, Studio One, Ableton, or similar) and professional sound libraries. Experience with foley recording, sound effects layering, and audio post-production . Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining creative originality. Team player with strong communication skills and openness to collaboration. Role & Responsibilities Edit feature films, short films, and OTT content with high creative and technical standards. Work closely with directors and producers to bring their vision to life. Handle complete editing workflows: rough cut, fine cut, sound sync, transitions, color references, subtitles. Collaborate with the post-production team for music, sound design, and VFX integration. Stay updated with the latest editing styles, cinematic trends, and industry tools. Maintain deadlines and deliver professional-quality edits for theatrical and digital release. Requirements Proven experience as a Film/Video Editor (showreel or portfolio required). Strong command of DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (knowledge of sound software is a plus).
