About the role:

blending traditional sounds with contemporary arrangements

Location & setup:

1. Based in Delhi NCR (preferred).

2. Should be able to visit the studio 3-4 times a week, and/or work remotely from their own setup.

3. If working from the studio, proficiency in Logic Pro X is required.

4. If working remotely, proficiency in any professional DAW (Ableton, FL Studio, Cubase, etc.) is acceptable.

Key responsibilities:

• Music production for Raghavv Gambhir’s originals and covers.
• Producing, recording, and mixing for outside projects undertaken by the studio.
• Live set production and preparation for performances and events.
• Recording instruments, vocals, and other studio sessions.
• Editing, Melodyne, mixing, and mastering of tracks.
• Creating and managing release strategies on audio platforms.
• Assisting in sound engineering operations and maintaining quality standards.
  

Who can apply:

Only those candidates can apply who are from Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida only 

Preferred Background:

1. Graduate from a Music Production / Sound Engineering institute, or someone who has been practising music production independently and understands the full music production process. 

2. Good understanding of Indian music sensibilities, with an eagerness to explore devotional and Sufi sounds. 

3. Basic knowledge of recording setups, vocal processing, and mix preparation. 

4. Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in researching sounds and musical ideas. 

5. Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to learn through live and studio projects.

Salary

Probation:  

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,05,000 - 3,40,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 5,000 - 1,00,000 /year
