Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support for Murex production systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to MXML interface.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Murex systems with other applications.
Develop and maintain documentation of production support procedures and processes.
Analyze and resolve complex technical problems using problem-solving skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for production support.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Murex system architecture and functionality.
Experience with MXML interface development and implementation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies used in production support.
A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
