Accounting Analyst / Sr. Accounting Analyst

Location: Ahmedabad/Mumbai

Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Mon–Fri) (HYBRID/REMOTE)

Role Overview

We are seeking Accounting Analysts / Senior Accounting Analysts to handle end-to-end US accounting for multiple hospitality clients. Candidates must be detail-oriented, independent, and capable of managing 2–5 clients.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Weekly AP invoice posting
• Weekly AP aging and payment processing
• Vendor payment application
• Monthly vendor reconciliation
• Posting accruals for missing invoices
• Daily cash flow report
• Weekly flash report preparation

Accounts Receivable

• Sales posting & journal entries
• AR reconciliation
• Event revenue & expense reconciliation
• Applying customer payments and resolving discrepancies

Bank & Cash Accounting

• Daily bank transaction posting
• Bank reconciliation

Payroll

• Payroll processing
• Tips reconciliation
• Payroll journal entries

Sales Tax

• Monthly sales tax reconciliation
• Sales tax preparation & filing

Financial Reporting

• Monthly financial statement preparation (P&L, BS, CF)
• Posting accruals for all vendors
• Fixed asset accounting & depreciation
