1) International TL

Sal upto 9lpa

Graduate mandate

Min 1yr international BPO Voice TL Exp on Paper

Excellent Communication is must

2) US Healthcare TL

Sal upto 7.5LPA

1+years of experience as TL on paper. Throughout experience in US Healthcare from payer side mandatory. Should have good experience in RCM,Denial, Claim adjudication, claim processing.

3) International Chat TL

Sal upto 7.5LPA

Min 1 year to 18 months of experience on papers for Team Lead, 18 months & above to be considered for Senior Team lead

Should have experience into US Healthcare Chat operations or any other customer centric domain

Should be flexible with 24*7 shift and 2 rotational week off

4) Customer Service TL

Sal upto 5.8 LPA

Overall 5 years of experience, Graduate, minimum 18 months experience as a Team Leader in Inbound or customer Service process

5)Telecom - Customer Service TL (Female only)

Sal upto 7.5 LPA

International process, 1.5+ years' experience as a Team Leader on paper

The process runs 24/7 with 2 rotational off

Domestic exp will also do but require fluent communication skills.

6) Travel process - ORM - TL

Sal upto 6.5LPA

Graduate +Overall 5 years experience including minimum 1 year as Team Lead

Handling Social Media platforms Complaint Management, Escalation desk

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage customer interactions efficiently

Should be flexible with 24*7 shift and 2 rotational week off

7) Travel - International - TL

Sal upto 7LPA

Graduate + 2 year as Team Lead in International Process

Hands on experience in Inbound Call/Contact Centres

Preferable candidate from Travel / E-commerce / Hospitality Industry

US Shift 5 Days working (shift window - 7:30 PM till 6:30 AM)

1 rotational off with Sunday fixed off
