**Job Description** **Role Overview:** Muscle Pump Gym, located in South Bengaluru, is seeking multiple full-time, on-site roles including Certified Fitness Trainers, Personal Trainers, Front Desk Executives, and Gym Managers. As a member of our supportive community, you will be responsible for designing personalized workout plans, conducting group fitness classes, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and organized workout environment. Collaboration with team members to ensure client satisfaction and progress is also a key aspect of the role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and deliver personalized workout plans tailored to individual client needs. - Conduct engaging group fitness classes such as Yoga, Zumba, and HIIT. - Assist clients with equipment usage and ensure a safe workout environment. - Provide excellent customer service at the front desk and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and progress. **Qualifications Required:** - Expertise in Fitness Training with knowledge of exercise techniques, strength training, and conditioning principles. - Ability to organize engaging Group Fitness Classes and strong interpersonal skills. - Competency in Customer Service, administrative, and organizational skills for front desk roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. - Certifications in fitness training or related fields, CPR/AED certification is a plus. - Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals and creating a motivational environment. - Knowledge of modern gym equipment and safety standards is advantageous. - Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred, but motivated beginners with proper certifications will be considered.,
