Multimedia Designer

As a Motion Graphic Designer in our Multimedia department located in Bhubaneswar (Odisha, India), you will be responsible for creating engaging product marketing videos based on specific requirements. Your role will involve working collaboratively within a multimedia team, including close interaction with the Marketing and Graphics departments. It is crucial to maintain awareness of the latest graphic design techniques and deliver high-quality motion graphics for various platforms like web and mobile. To be eligible for this position, you must hold a graduate degree in Animation, Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the field is required. We are looking for a candidate with a creative mindset who can effectively translate concepts into animated videos and motion graphics. Additionally, proficiency in Storyboarding, 2D/3D Animation, Video Editing, voice synchronization, gifs, and Motion Graphics is essential. Having a strong grasp of animation principles and the ability to comprehend animation requirements from scripts or storylines is crucial. An excellent understanding of color theory, composition, and typography is expected. A robust portfolio showcasing animated demos, Motion Graphics, or other graphic projects is highly regarded. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Audition, Adobe Animate, Illustrator, and Photoshop is necessary. The ideal candidate should be able to work methodically, meet deadlines consistently, and contribute effectively to the production of motion graphics that align with our brand's vision and marketing objectives.
