The Motion Graphics Designer role involves developing creative content for clients and internal audiences across various mediums like web videos, animated shorts, product demos, and digital posts. You will play a crucial role in every stage of the design process, from concept development to storyboarding, animation, graphic design, and production. We are seeking a passionate Motion Graphics Designer who can bring concepts to life through animated videos and motion graphics while captivating viewers and effectively conveying the intended message. To be eligible for this position, you must hold a graduate degree, preferably in Animation, Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong skill set that includes expertise in Storyboarding, 2D/3D Animation, Video Editing, voice synchronization, gifs, and Motion Graphics, along with a solid grasp of animation principles. Moreover, candidates with a keen understanding of color theory, composition, typography, and global design trends will be preferred. A proven track record showcased through a robust portfolio of Animated demos, Motion Graphics, or other graphics is desirable. Proficiency in design software and an eye for aesthetics and detail are key attributes we are looking for. Applicants should exhibit a methodical approach to work, the ability to meet deadlines consistently, and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a motion graphic Designer. This is a full-time permanent position with benefits like leave encashment and a performance bonus. The work schedule is on a fixed day shift from Monday to Friday. Candidates should be willing to commute/relocate to Mohali, Punjab, before starting work. Prior experience in motion graphics for at least 2 years is preferred for this role.,
