Bridgegold is a boutique advisory firm operating across multiple regions and language groups. We run a multilingual website that requires accurate SEO execution, technical optimisation, and disciplined weekly monitoring.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on role focused entirely on multilingual SEO execution for a multilingual website. It is not a PPC, social media, branding, or strategy-only role. The ideal candidate works directly inside the CMS, maintains hreflang and language variants, builds keyword clusters, fixes indexing issues, and reports SEO performance consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute multilingual SEO across several language groups

• Build keyword clusters and content maps per language

• Implement hreflang and maintain correct language alternates

• Perform technical SEO fixes including metadata, indexing, sitemaps, canonical logic, and CWV basics

• Update pages and metadata directly in the CMS (no coding required)

• Optimise content using AI SEO tools (Surfer, Frase, Jasper, or similar)

• Produce weekly GA4 and Search Console reports

• Coordinate localisation work where needed

• Follow structured workflows and maintain documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience in multilingual SEO execution across multiple language groups

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO execution (not domestic-only SEO)

• Proven implementation of hreflang

• Strong technical SEO fundamentals

• Ability to update content directly in CMS platforms

• Weekly reporting discipline with GA4 and GSC

• Excellent English communication

• High attention to detail and structured work habits

Nice to Have

• Experience working with multilingual websites

• Experience with AI SEO tools

• Familiarity with high-value service industries

Compensation

₹110,000 per month plus performance bonus
