Your primary responsibility will be to manage assigned leads from start to finish, meet customer expectations, and deliver prompt and accurate resolutions within the specified turnaround time. Uphold a high level of compliance with the standard operating procedures set by the Line of Business (LOB) while maintaining updated knowledge of procedures and systems.
