Job Description

  • Plan, prepare and cook dishes from multiple cuisines as per menu and guest requirements.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Design and develop new recipes and seasonal menus.
  • Monitor kitchen operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff/commis on preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Coordinate with purchase team to ensure timely supply of quality raw materials.
  • Handle special events, banquets, and catering requirements.
  • Monitor and minimize food wastage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹86,000.00 - ₹96,000.00 per month
