Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working in a fast-paced retail store environment as a Production team member. Your primary responsibility will be to process donations for online sale, which includes tasks such as data entry, cell phone photography, stocking, picking, and providing customer service. Additionally, you may also be involved in accepting and processing donations for the sales floor, assisting at the register, and other sales floor tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Use appropriate keywords in all auction titles, capture clear photographs of items, and include all relevant information and condition details in auction descriptions. - Accurately inventory, pick, and prepare outgoing multichannel products following guidelines. - Ensure quality control for multichannel products, adhere to marketplace guidelines, GISDs policies/procedures, and state/federal laws. - Identify and resolve multichannel processing, listing, inventory, and customer service issues in collaboration with management. - Attend trainings and meetings, run multichannel reports, and support multichannel awareness by sharing relevant information during team huddles as directed by management. - Assist in training fellow team members in multichannel processing basics and selecting donations suitable for online sale. - Properly utilize and maintain multichannel equipment, and report any supply or equipment needs promptly. - Meet multichannel production requirements and maintain pace with the average worker on the team when assigned other tasks. - Ensure the safeguarding of donations and company property, maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in workstations, sales floor, processing, and donation areas. - Provide excellent customer service to customers/donors, assist in various store areas as assigned, and escalate any concerns or complaints to management. Qualifications: - Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred. - Certificates & Licenses: None required. - Preferred Skills: Product knowledge of collectables, books, and media.
