You will be responsible for performing maintenance on heating and cooling systems. This includes repairing motors, pumps, and plumbing for water supply, boilers, and other equipment. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare reports, maintain inventories, and keep accurate records. You will also be required to order equipment and supplies as needed. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of electrical equipment, including generators, UPS systems, and air conditioners. It will be your duty to report any issues that arise with this equipment in a timely manner. As part of your responsibilities, you will also be involved in preventive maintenance activities to ensure the proper functioning of all systems and equipment.
