Job Description

Assist in maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems.
Provide technical support to other departments as needed.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Collaborate with other teams to achieve departmental goals.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management is desirable.
Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Technician/Tradesman in a hotel or 4 years in a similar large building/complex with a central plant.
Possess strong technical skills and knowledge of engineering principles.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools is an asset.
