Multi Skilled Technician

A Multi-Skilled Technician in a hotel maintains and repairs diverse systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances) to ensure guest comfort, safety, and seamless operations, handling reactive fixes, preventive checks, work orders, and guest requests while adhering to strict hotel safety/appearance standards, keeping detailed logs, and managing inventory. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Repair: Install, troubleshoot, and fix electrical wiring, plumbing (pipes, drains, sewage), HVAC/refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and general building fixtures.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, perform scheduled upkeep on systems (boilers, pumps, generators, pools, spas), and follow preventative maintenance calendars.
• Guest Service: Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests, resolve guest complaints, and anticipate needs, ensuring minimal guest disruption.
• Facility Management: Monitor energy usage, manage security/fire safety systems, maintain cleanliness of mechanical areas, and support event setups.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety protocols, report hazards, attend training, and maintain a clean, professional appearance and work area.
• Documentation & Inventory: Update work orders, manage tools/spare parts inventory, and communicate issues/needs to supervisors.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in general maintenance/repair.
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) or hotel software (HotSos, Opera) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
