Job Description

About the Role

We are hiring Multimedia Faculty Trainees who are passionate about design, and digital media. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who wish to start a career in teaching and training multimedia subjects while gaining hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

Assist senior faculty in teaching Graphic Design,UI/UX and Web Design, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, and VFX.
Support in preparing lesson materials, projects, and practical assignments.
Help students during lab sessions with multimedia software.
Learn and use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Maya, Blender,Nuke etc.
Participate in workshops, training, and student project reviews.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field.
Basic knowledge of design/animation software.
Creative mindset with willingness to learn.
Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

Internship/project experience in multimedia or design.
Knowledge of digital content creation and social media trends.
