• Architecture & solution design
• Hands-on cloud networking & security engineering
• Owning delivery milestones
• Coordinating across DevOps, Security, App teams
• End-to-end technical ownership
• Not a pure architect role
• Not a PM-only role
• Not a narrow Individual Contributor role

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Architecture & Design

• Design

  secure, scalable cloud networking architectures

  across

  AWS, Azure, and GCP

  .
• Define

  hub-and-spoke / transit architectures

  , hybrid connectivity, and security patterns.
• Make architectural decisions for routing, segmentation, load balancing, and access control.
  

Hands-On Engineering

• Implement and configure:
• AWS VPC, Azure VNet,

  GCP VPC

• Subnets, routing, gateways
• Load balancers, Application Gateway,

  GCP Cloud Load Balancing

• WAF and cloud firewalls
• Build and maintain

  Terraform-based IaC

  across all three clouds.
• Troubleshoot complex networking and security issues when required.
  

Hybrid & Private Connectivity

• Design and implement:
• AWS Direct Connect
• Azure ExpressRoute
• GCP Interconnect / VPN
• Manage BGP routing, redundancy, and failover.
• Work with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams.
  

Cloud Security

• Implement

  Zero Trust networking principles

  .
• Work with tools such as

  Wiz, Zscaler

  , or similar.
• Ensure IAM, RBAC, encryption, and security baselines across clouds.
  

Delivery Ownership & Coordination

• Own delivery of cloud networking and security initiatives.
• Coordinate with DevOps, application, and security teams.
• Track dependencies, risks, and timelines.
• Act as the

  single technical owner

  for assigned initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• 8-12 years of experience across cloud infrastructure, networking, and security.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, AND GCP (mandatory)

  .
• Proven experience with

  Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, and GCP Interconnect

  .
• Strong cloud networking fundamentals.
• Experience with WAF, cloud firewalls, Zero Trust.
• Hands-on Terraform experience.
• Comfortable balancing

  engineering + delivery ownership

  .

Nice-to-Have

• Startup or fast-scaling environment experience.
• Exposure to Wiz, Zscaler, or CSPM tools.
• Prior experience as

  tech lead / solution owner

  .
