Job Description

As a Practice Manager at Salesforce's MuleSoft Professional Services team, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of technical architects and consultants in delivering MuleSoft solutions to customers. Your responsibilities will include people leadership, career coaching, project oversight, building the practice through internal initiatives, contributing to the technical practice business plan, developing methodology, team enablement, onboarding new architects, and recruiting to expand the team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of technical architects and consultants in delivering MuleSoft solutions - Provide people leadership, career coaching, and project oversight - Build the practice through internal initiatives and contribute to the technical practice business plan - Develop methodology, create team enablement, onboard new architects, and recruit to build the team - Work with customers and partners to solve critical business challenges using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform - Lead multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance - Collaborate with cross-functional MuleSoft leadership team - Align across Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Product teams for success Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience in leadership, both as a player and a coach - Background as a professional services leader with experience growing a practice - Strong consulting background in a credible system integrator firm or high-growth enterprise software vendor - Experience architecting MuleSoft services integrations - Understanding of on-premise and cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, configuration, and deployment - Proven track record leading integration teams and architecting solutions - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively - Desire for continuous learning and involvement in projects pushing technology capabilities - Excellent verbal and written technical documentation skills - Experience managing people and projects in a matrixed environment - Ability to establish credibility quickly and motivate teams effectively - Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills - Comfortable working with ambiguous specifications and prioritizing tasks - Knowledge of MuleSoft AI developments and familiarity with AI & ML concepts - Passion for continuous learning and experimentation with emerging AI technologies - Good to have: Basic understanding of Agentforce and building AI agents Desired Skills: - Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines - Knowledge of publish & subscribe integration design models - Proficiency in using Jenkins and Nexus technologies - Experience with Salesforce products/platform technologies, especially Service Cloud applications - Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and take ownership of project delivery Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is desired; Master's degree preferred Join Salesforce to unleash your potential and be limitless in all areas of your life.
