  • Strong hands-on with Flex Gateway configuration, API deployment, policy migration.
  • Skilled in API testing, DevOps (CI/CD pipelines), and monitoring tools.
  • Experience with Kong (for mapping old → new gateway policies).

  • Must have prior experience in the airline industry domain (as the client operates in this sector).

  • Should be capable of handling complex re-platforming projects, not just lift-and-shift migrations.

  • Ability to work on cloud-based implementations (requirement is strictly cloud, not on-premises).

  • Flex Gateway migration expertise is highly demanded for this requirement.

Skills to Highlight:
  • API Gateway migrations (especially Kong → MuleSoft Flex Gateway).
  • Security enforcement (OAuth, JWT, mTLS).
  • High availability & scaling (Docker/K8s deployment of Flex Gateway).
  • CI/CD pipeline integration for automated API deployment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (latency, errors, policy conflicts).

  • Flexibility to evaluate alternate gateway solutions if client requirements evolve.
