Preferred candidate profile

The skillset which is needed is someone who has worked on both MuleSoft and AWS services like Lambda with Python, Airflow, stepfunctions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead MuleSoft Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing integrations and APIs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in MuleSoft, API management in Anypoint Platform, DataWeave.

Job Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

API Development and Integration:
Design, develop, test, and deploy APIs using MuleSoft and the Anypoint Platform.
API Management:
Implement API management best practices using Anypoint API Management. Manage full API lifecycle, including API versioning, deployment, security, monitoring, and governance.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams, to ensure the successful delivery of integration projects. Lead code reviews, design discussions, and mentor junior developers.
Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve performance issues, monitor system health, and implement optimization strategies for API services and integration flows.
Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions, processes, and best practices. Ensure all integration-related activities are well documented and easy to follow.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

Strong experience with
MuleSoft
,
DataWeave
, and
Anypoint Platform
.
Proven experience in
API design
, development, and management (RESTful APIs, SOAP, etc.).
Hands-on experience with
GitHub
for version control and source code management.
Good to have proficiency in
Python
for automation, integration, and scripting.
Experience with
DevOps
practices, CI/CD pipelines, and related tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).

Experience:

5+ years of experience in integration, API development, and related technologies.
Solid experience in
cloud-based integrations
and working within multi-cloud environments.
Experience with
monitoring and logging tools
(e.g., Splunk, ELK stack, Anypoint Monitoring).

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
