Job Description

You will be joining Genpact as a Management Trainee for Record to Report (RTR) where you will be responsible for various general accounting activities. Your key responsibilities will include preparing monthly journal entries, handling regulatory tax and returns, monitoring and reporting KPIs for Flash reporting, analyzing and interpreting financial statements, analyzing production term performance reporting, preparing Balance sheet Reconciliations, supporting projects and ad-hoc reporting, assisting in internal and external audit processes, and ensuring SOX Compliance and adherence to internal controls. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting with prior experience in successfully managing teams to adhere to the month-end closing process. A track record of process improvement and cross-functional teamwork is essential. Additionally, strong written and verbal communication skills are required along with proficiency in MS Excel including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros.
