You are invited to apply for the position of Management Trainee, Record to Report at Genpact. As a Management Trainee in Record to Report, we are seeking an accounting graduate with prior experience in accounting, particularly in Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Month-end closing and reporting. Your responsibilities will include activities related to month-end closing, reporting, consolidations, and the preparation of quarterly, annual, and audited statutory financial statements. You will review and post month-end journal entries, perform month-end close activities, prepare and review balance sheet accounts reconciliations, handle quarterly intercompany processes, and resolve balancing items. Your role will require experienced accounting knowledge with closing and reporting expertise. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum qualifications: - B.Com Graduate - Excellent reconciliation, accounting, and reporting experience Preferred qualifications: - CA Inter degree and significant experience in General Ledger - Good interpersonal skills - Subject matter expert knowledge of accounting concepts If you are ready to take on this challenge and contribute to our mission of creating a world that works better for people, we encourage you to apply for the Management Trainee position at Genpact.,
