As an Infoscion, your day-to-day activities will involve getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in developing proposals, owning parts of the proposal document, and providing inputs in solution design based on your expertise. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning configuration activities, configuring the product, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. Moreover, you will be expected to conduct solution/product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with the customer's budgetary requirements and the organization's financial guidelines. Your role will also involve actively leading small projects and contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.
