Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing techno-functional support in various domains with a focus on Sales, Service, and Marketing modules. Your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM D365 will be crucial in executing project activities and ensuring seamless integrations with other enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: - Gather requirements and conduct Gap Fit Analysis - Design solution architecture and configure systems accordingly - Integrate with other enterprise systems such as ERP, LOB on premise and online systems - Establish integrations with MS Outlook, SharePoint, O365 Administration, and AD Synchronization - Perform data migration using tools like Scribe/SSIS or similar technologies Qualifications Required: - 5-12 years of experience in MSD CRM Technical - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM D365 - Strong communication and presentation skills - Previous experience in a client-facing role will be beneficial Additional Company Details: The company values individuals who are proactive, innovative, and dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to clients.
