Total Exp: 7-11 yrs

• • Minimum of 7-11 years of progressive experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Teams environments.
  • Significant hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and managing Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice, including Direct Routing or Microsoft Calling Plans.
  • Deep understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP), codecs, and voice quality of service (QoS).
  • Solid understanding of Session Border Controllers (SBCs) for Direct Routing (if applicable).
  • Proficiency in managing Microsoft Teams policies for messaging, meetings, calling, and apps
  • • • Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) devices and their management.
      • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and related services (Azure AD, PowerShell).
      • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to issue resolution in a unified communications environment.
      • Knowledge of security best practices for Microsoft Teams and unified communications.
      • Experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools for Microsoft Teams and Enterprise Voice.
