Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of product strategies that align with company goals. Your main tasks will include overseeing the technical aspects of Facets-Technical to ensure optimal performance and reliability. You will need to provide expertise in ANSI SQL to develop and optimize complex queries, as well as utilize MS SQL Server to manage and maintain databases ensuring data integrity and security. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new product features will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will need to conduct thorough testing and validation of product enhancements to ensure quality and functionality. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of product strategies aligning with company goals - Oversee technical aspects of Facets-Technical for optimal performance - Provide expertise in ANSI SQL for developing and optimizing complex queries - Utilize MS SQL Server for managing and maintaining databases - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements - Conduct thorough testing and validation of product enhancements - Monitor product performance and user feedback for areas of improvement - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product processes - Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance for product-related issues - Stay updated with industry trends for incorporating best practices - Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies - Contribute to continuous improvement of product development methodologies Qualifications: - Strong technical skills in Facets-Technical - Extensive experience with ANSI SQL - Proficiency in MS SQL Server - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams Certifications Required: - Certified Facets Professional - Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate,
