Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will lead the development and implementation of product strategies in alignment with company goals. You will oversee the technical aspects of Facets-Technical to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Utilizing your expertise in ANSI SQL, you will develop and optimize complex queries while managing databases using MS SQL Server to ensure data integrity and security. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather and analyze requirements for new product features, conduct thorough testing and validation of enhancements, and monitor product performance and user feedback for areas of improvement. Your responsibility will also include developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for product processes and technical specifications and providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for product-related issues. To succeed in this role, you must stay updated with industry trends and advancements, participate in team meetings, ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of product development methodologies and tools. The qualifications for this position include possessing strong technical skills in Facets-Technical, extensive experience with ANSI SQL, proficiency in MS SQL Server, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. Certifications required for this role are Certified Facets Professional and Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate.,
