MS ORTHO (SHALYATANTRA DOCTOR)

Key Responsibilities:1. Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to diagnose orthopedic conditions.
• Interpret X-rays, MRI scans, CT scans, and other diagnostic reports.
• Provide treatment plans that integrate modern orthopedics with Ayurvedic Shalyatantra principles.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists and pain management specialists for non-surgical interventions.

3. Patient Care & Rehabilitation

• Educate patients on post-treatment rehabilitation, diet, and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor patient progress and recovery, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Coordinate with physiotherapists and pain specialists for rehabilitation therapy.

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain detailed patient records, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with medical regulations and hospital protocols.

6. Departmental Coordination

• Collaborate with physiotherapists, pain specialists, and rehabilitation experts.
• Work closely with administration and hospital management for smooth department functioning.
• Participate in CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs and interdisciplinary meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Education: MS (Shalyatantra) from a recognized institution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
