MS Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices. • Ensure solutions adhere to best practices and security standards. • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and support. • Perform data migration and integration with other systems using Data Management, SSIS, Azure Logic Apps, and APIs. • Develop plugins, workflows, custom connectors, and Power Automate flows. • Work closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical design, development, and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, primarily focusing on Finance & Operations (F&O), Customer Engagement (CE), or other Dynamics modules. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop customizations, integrations, and extensions in Dynamics 365 using X++, .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform. • Work closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Develop plugins, workflows, custom connectors, and Power Automate flows. • Perform data migration and integration with other systems using Data Management, SSIS, Azure Logic Apps, and APIs. • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and support. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in Dynamics 365 applications. • Ensure solutions adhere to best practices and security standards. • Prepare technical documentation and provide training/support to end-users when required. Technical Skills Required: • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (F&O or CE) customization and development. • Proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, and JavaScript. • Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate). • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 SDK, plugins, workflows, and form scripting. • Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems via Web Services / REST APIs. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices. • Knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS is a plus.
