About The Opportunity
Healthcare Clinical Services / Hospital & Surgical Care: A leading provider of tertiary and secondary surgical services across India is expanding its on-site clinical team. We deliver high-quality ENT surgical care, outpatient diagnostics and inpatient management supported by modern operating theatres and multidisciplinary clinical pathways.Position (primary title): ENT Consultant (Otolaryngologist)Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive on-site clinical care across outpatient clinics, inpatient wards and operating theatresdiagnosis, perioperative management and follow-up for adult and pediatric ENT patients.
- Perform elective and emergency ENT surgeries including FESS, tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy, microlaryngoscopy and tracheostomy with adherence to surgical safety and infection-control protocols.
- Lead multidisciplinary management for head & neck oncology casespreoperative planning, neck dissections, reconstruction coordination and post-operative surveillance.
- Interpret audiology and vestibular investigations, supervise diagnostic workflows (audiometry, tympanometry, nasal endoscopy) and integrate findings into treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, informed consent, surgical records and discharge summaries; escalate and manage complications or referrals appropriately.
- Contribute to departmental quality initiatives, teaching of junior doctors, and participation in continued medical education (CME) and audit activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- MBBS with MS or DNB in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) and active Indian medical registration.
- Proven consultant experience in a hospital setting with independent operating privileges for core ENT procedures.
- Demonstrable competence in FESS, tympanoplasty and mastoid surgery.
- Experience managing airway emergencies and performing tracheostomies.
- Familiarity with ENT diagnostic equipment and interpretation of audiology/vestibular tests.
- Strong record of surgical documentation, multidisciplinary coordination and adherence to clinical governance.
Preferred
- Fellowship or advanced training in Rhinology, Head & Neck Oncology or Otology.
- Experience with pediatric ENT practice and complex airway cases.
- Exposure to endoscopic skull base or robotic-assisted head & neck procedures.
