MS-CRM Functional Consultant Manager

As a MSD CRM Functional Manager at EY, your role involves being a combination of an implementation specialist and functional lead with knowledge of multiple CRM modules such as Sales, Service, and Marketing. You will work on CRM engagements to design and implement next-generation solutions, analyze and design phases of projects, collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements, and translate them into solutions. Your responsibilities also include executing and participating in application design sessions, making solution recommendations, ensuring completion and review of project documentation, configuring and customizing CRM applications, understanding integration and data migration methods/tools within D365 CRM, ensuring design alignment with business requirements, working cooperatively in a team environment, and remaining flexible on changing workloads. Your people responsibilities involve building a quality culture, fostering teamwork, leading by example, training and mentoring project resources, and participating in organization-wide people initiatives. Key responsibilities: - Work on CRM engagements to design and implement next generation solutions - Analyze and design phases of projects - Collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements and translate them to solutions - Execute and participate in application design sessions and make solution recommendations - Ensure completion and review of project documentation - Configure and customize CRM applications - Understand integration and data migration methods/tools within D365 CRM - Ensure design alignment with business requirements - Work cooperatively in a team environment - Remain flexible on changing workloads Qualifications required: - Minimum 10+ years of CRM Configuration & Customization experience in enterprise business application and delivery - Strong project implementation and working experience in D365 - Experience in large transformation programs in onshore offshore delivery model - Experience in client-facing engagements - At least one end-to-end implementation with functional design - Experience in agile delivery and deployment, continuous integration and build processes - Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience Preferred skills: - D365 CRM Configuration & Customization hands-on experience - D365 CRM Certified EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet while building trust in capital markets.
