We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 12 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, building, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics applications. ### Roles and Responsibility Translate business requirements into CRM technical design and configuration requirements. Design, build, test, and deploy efforts for Dynamics CRM technology solutions. Provide hands-on functional and technical knowledge and manage client relationships. Offer technical estimates for solution implementation. Foster teamwork and lead by example, promoting a quality culture. Train and mentor project resources, participating in organization-wide people initiatives. ### Job Requirements Proficient in MS Dynamics CRM with expertise in Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, CRM Portals, Web APIs, and Azure Knowledge. Experience with Power Apps is a plus. Strong understanding of the latest features in Dynamics CRM, including Sales, Marketing Service, Field service flows. Ability to present effectively to audiences at all levels of the organization. BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA degree with 4 to 8 years of industry experience. Prior experience leading and working with globally distributed teams is preferred. Experience with agile methodology and familiarity with ADO/VSTS for tracking user stories and bug fixing. At least 2/3 end-to-end CRM Implementations are required. MCSE or MCSA certification is preferred. CTI Integration experience is beneficial. MVP Recognition and FTRSA recognition are advantageous.
