Key Responsibilities: - Lead the effort in designing, building, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics application (CRM) as the primary point of contact - Translate business requirements into CRM technical design and configuration requirements - Direct design, build, test, and deployment efforts for Dynamics CRM technology solutions - Provide hands-on functional and technical knowledge in MSCRM Dynamics, with expertise in Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, CRM Portals, Web APIs Azure Knowledge, and Power Apps - Familiarity with the latest OOB features in Dynamics CRM, particularly in Sales, Marketing Service, Field service flows - Offer technical estimates for solution implementation - Build a quality culture, foster teamwork, lead by example, train and mentor project resources - Participate in organization-wide people initiatives Qualifications Required: - Must possess 7+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM - Exposure to XRM Implementations - Proficiency in at least 3 modules in MS Dynamics CRM: D365 for Sales, D365 for Customer Service, D365 for Marketing, D365 for Field Service, D365 for Project Service Automation/ Project Operations - Experience in data migration planning and execution, including the use of data migration process tools and complex integrations with CRM systems - Agile methodology experience, including the use of ADO/VSTS for tracking user stories, bug fixing, and reporting progress - Hands-on involvement in at least 2/3 end-to-end CRM implementations - Ability to deliver effective presentations to diverse audiences within the organizational structure - Educational background: BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA with 4 to 8 years of industry experience Preferred Skills: - Experience in leading and collaborating with globally distributed teams - Familiarity with agile methodology, MCSE or MCSA certification - Involvement in 4/5 end-to-end CRM implementations, including globally distributed projects - CTI Integration experience, MVP Recognition, and FTRSA recognition (Note: The additional details about EY's purpose and services have been omitted as they are not specifically related to the job role described.),
