MP&L Planning & Strategy Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing and testing intelligent automations in Maestro based MP&L applications. Your role will involve contributing to the implementation of Supply AI & Demand AI to enhance planning and execution capabilities. Additionally, you will work on improving the end-to-end value stream across applications by coding and configuring in Maestro. Collaborating with business teams to align with specific needs and implement process improvements will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will implement diagnostics, KPIs for performance measurement, demand-driven planning, and production planning for Powertrain and Battery plants. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Proof of Concept for Maestro capabilities to evaluate compatibility and value add for Ford Motor Company - Optimize workbooks and commands to improve process efficiencies for quality and turnaround time - Provide guidance and training to junior configuration and testing resources - Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with high quality - Collaborate with Kinaxis consultants to implement enhancements - Manage and address issue backlog across MP&L applications - Provide regular status updates for management meetings Qualifications: - Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in IT related field or significant experience in IT in lieu of an IT Degree - No. of Years of Experience: 5+ Technical Skills: - Global cross-functional project management experience - Database management experience - Understanding of financial wholesales process - Experience in vehicle/powertrain operations - Extensive Maestro design and configurator experience Functional Skills: - Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel - Kinaxis Maestro coding & configuration - Maestro Authoring level 2 certification Leadership Skills: - Ability to drive global consensus within tight timelines Additional Details: You should be willing to work extended hours, if required, during peak time periods.
