MP&L Planning & Strategy Analyst

You will be responsible for implementing and testing intelligent automations in Maestro based MP&L applications. Your role will involve contributing to the implementation of Supply AI & Demand AI to enhance planning and execution capabilities. Additionally, you will be tasked with making improvements to the end-to-end value stream across applications through coding and configuration in Maestro. Collaborating with business teams to align with specific needs and implementing process improvements will be an integral part of your responsibilities. You will also work on implementing diagnostics and KPIs for measuring performance against targets, as well as improving buildability and production stability. Furthermore, your role will involve implementing demand-driven planning and execution solutions, as well as production planning for Powertrain and Battery plants. As part of your responsibilities, you will need to perform Proof of Concept for Maestro capabilities to assess compatibility and value add for Ford Motor Company. You will play a key role in enhancing process efficiencies by optimizing workbooks and commands for quality and turnaround time. Providing guidance and training to junior configuration and testing resources will also be part of your role. You will be expected to complete assigned tasks with quality and on-time delivery, as well as work with Kinaxis consultants to implement enhancements. Managing and addressing issue backlogs across MP&L applications and providing status updates to support management meetings will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or significant experience in IT in lieu of an IT degree. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required for this position. In terms of technical skills, you should have experience in global cross-functional project management, database management, understanding of financial wholesales process, and experience in vehicle/powertrain operations. Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Kinaxis Maestro coding & configuration, and Maestro Authoring level 2 certification is essential. Leadership skills are also important for this role, including the ability to drive global consensus within tight timelines. Additionally, you should be willing to work extended hours, if needed, during peak time periods.,
