A Moveworks Platform Architect is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using the Moveworks platform. Here's a breakdown of the role:
- Solution Design: Design and oversee integrations between Moveworks and enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Jira, Okta, MS Teams).
- Platform Governance: Define and enforce standards, naming conventions, testing protocols, and deployment best practices for Moveworks use cases.
- User Experience: Ensure conversational flows are intuitive, effective, and aligned with UX best practices.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage knowledge of modern data architectures, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and AI/ML data requirements.
- Education: BA/BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in solution architecture, automation, or AI-based platforms, with at least 3 years of Moveworks experience.
- Certifications: Moveworks Academy Certifications (e.g., Studio, Skills, Advanced), ITIL Foundation Certification, Agile/Scrum certification.
- Skills: Strong understanding of enterprise ITSM, HRIS, identity management, and related systems
